And if you have ingenious Hunter, you can reduce the cooldown to like...4 seconds with full stacks? By that point in time, the damage and healing you do gets to be a bit on the egregious side lol

I'm pretty sure Cass players don't build anywhere near as much haste. The returns just aren't worth it when I think they normally go for Liandry's and focus AP or health. Haste just prolongs your fight when you could just be hitting harder instead.
