Do you know what other unusual item procs spell effects? Scout's Slingshot. There's a silly AP Twitch build that kinda works: slingshot + Luden's + Blackfire. The trick is that you don't upgrade the slingshot, which triggers off of your passive poison. If someone makes it out with low HP, basic attack minions or something to reset the cooldown, then slingshot procs and chains to Luden's for effectively a Dark Harvest. Also, it makes your W trigger Luden's, which I think is funny.

@swagmo day1 of my theory on amumu using liandrys and omni cause the items both add 6% damage while fighting and don't share a unique damage boost so in theory it should add 12% to the regular burn.
