I dont know the way I read the Hotfix changes it is a nerf again? Up to 8 flat magic damage on hit but 5% less AP scaling. For a normal AP Teemo build that is less damage, this would only be a "buff" for the on-hit Bork Teemo build tbh

As a top laner I despice ranged top laner , Teemo is one of them . Yesterday I played against one , I was Jax . He crushed me early . I was 0/4 I think and he had about 30 cs advantage on me . Good thing Jax is even more broken than Teemo and I outscaled him in the mid game , won my team a few team fights and won the game in the end . The only Teemo top lane player I respect is Zwag , cuz Zwag is awesome . Fuck other ranged top laners

I hate people like this brand... 1 misstake and he starts to mental boom, typing "x9 someone", trying to ff the very second someone makes first mistake. There should be some kind of supervising tech that could detect this behivor and give them like an hour to chill in form of ranked restriction, if it doesnt help maybe even whole day ban from league.
