To be fair to the Yi - he pinged for grubs and instead of helping, his top-laner decided to clear a wave. Because of that, it took him so long that the enemy team showed up and he got double-teamed with no support for his troubles. That would piss off most people. Muting everyone was probably the right move, when the alternative is raging in chat and tilting the whole team.
