nice workout bro - how do you like the zwift hub with the gear-system? Have it without it and thinking of upgrading for the zwift winter since my gears are not thaaaat fluid anymore. good luck in the academy! great job!

I don’t have the hub. My indoor trainer is the Garmin TacX Neo smart bike, which has its own steering and virtual gearing. I have thought about getting the hub as a backup trainer - the virtual gears on the look pretty useful!

Those were big efforts! Excellent work - how hard were the 2mins to get the effort just right, they're just so hard to gauge..

Thanks Adam! I sort of knew from all the hill climb races what wattage I could put out for a certain length of time. It’s amazing all I’ve learned from Zwift. Remember when I couldn’t even stand up & grind a big gear? Now it’s all about that on the climbs.
