That’s a good question. I am honestly not sure if there is a right answer to this…. I’m normally hitting it early just to try and hold the wheels that drift off from the front 🤣

Tried the bike swap before when the race ended at the top of the climb. But unsure whether to do this as you are then stuck with the gravel bike through to the end of the sprints?

yeah i did it last year and this was exactly the issue. I planned to switch back to road bike but then a group came from behind on the descent and I decided to hang on instead to swap again but was hard the last few kms. In short, I‘d only recommend to switch if you plan to attack on FTS on the KOM or if you’re riding alone already

There is a slight rise before the start that helps to stop faster.

Si, Si. A D can’t possibly finish the Temple Climb in 5-8 minutes. Please remember that ZRL is more than Bs and As.

I can't see the marker for the start of the Railway Sprint, should be around 3.8km.

Thanks Si, according to the Schedule on the WTRL site the finish for the D's is on top of the Temple KOM. Can you confirm this?
