It took me just under to 2 hours to understand and assemble the bike only to find out the front chain ring is bent. First bike delivered in torn box had rear bracket exposed, dented, chipped. So know I'll await the third bike with knowledge of how to assemble. I'll time myself and see if I can match your time on the next go around. Cheers!

just got mine on friday as my old bike I used on the trainer basically gave up the ghost after 10 years of hard sweaty use !! set it up and then rode and 80W it said felt like 200W and asked Zqift forum and forgot to reccaliberate my Zwift kickr core, now love it as so few parts are stressed it. !

yep those silver screw things no idea either, the main problem I had was moving from QR axle to thru axle I never used before and keeps coming loose !!

Ya know what, now that ya mentioned it, I never calibrated mine yet and sometimes it feels like that. It will be the first thing I do when I get on it next. Never even thought of it 🫣

@@derekfeehan nor did I as had the current trainer for 2 months and just presumed all fine. However I was like averaging 120W power and HR of 160 !! not that unfit, at 160 normally 250-275W. Someone on zwift forum suggested that and the videos never mention it especially if using an old trainer !

Had it within 3 days, which was pretty good to be fair. Got the fan as well, it came separately within 5 days. One delivery charge though. Had a few spins on it now. Works a treat 👌

No regrets. I’m loving it. Works a treat, handlebars control everything, no fear of pushing hard on it. Seems bomb proof (touch wood) …If you offered me my money back I wouldn’t change it 🤙
