By spacers you mean the two for the through axle on the kickr core?

@@lacunoc yes! The through axle will still thread and bike sits fine; however clicks or rocks left and right a bit.

@@ShayneBoyer and by instructions from Zwift you mean their assembly clip? Because I’m pretty sure the Kickr core manual and also the description on the spacers are actually telling you, what to put where. Sorry, I’m asking because mine is about to arrive ;-)

@@lacunoc you are correct - but there is also a Zwift video where they show you exactly which spacers to use. Look for the video titled, "Setting up Wahoo KICKR CORE Zwift One for Zwift Ride", and FF to 2:35 in the video. Must admit the pictures in the paper instructions aren't especially clear - particularly if you already have a load of spacers from already having a Kickr Core. Also, the video shows the person inserting the spacers "end on", so you have to watch it a few times to be certain which goes on the drive side and which goes on the non-drive side.

Purchased a Zwift Ride, Bike Frame arrived damaged, poorly designed packaging, and Zwift is not responding to any contacts I've made. Going to "Zwift Forum", I find receiving a damaged Zwift bike is not unusual and Zwift knows of the poorly designed packaging. As one other reviewer wrote, I paraphrase, "Looks like package was handled by WWE."
