A bit of advice: Most of the people at PUBGM prefer smooth and extreme, meaning 60 fps, but those who have capable phones will play mostly on Extreme+, meaning 90 or at 120 fps!

Try removing all components like GPU, RAM and if necessary CPU and put it in again. GPU PCI power connected? HDMI/DP/VGA cable in the right connector? (Not on Mainboard graphics!) If it won't work at all, then try to reset CMOS. not only by taking battery out but by bridgeing clear cmos pins for two seconds on the Mainboard. This will reset the BIOS/UEFI/ whatever to factory default. If this won't work again then you can try removing all ram except one bar in slot A_1. Doesn't matter if having only 4 GB of RAM it's just for testing purpose. If no picture appears then you can try change the one RAM stick for another stick but put it in again in slot A_1. If this doesn't work then you can try to put it in slot B_1 instead. Otherwise I'll guess there's a more complex problem that only could be solved by testing power supply, reconnecting every single cable, every single connector, even HDD/SSD and CD/DVD/BluRay drive if installed and by replacing every component by another one. Also checking Mainboard/power supply/graphics card if there's any waterdrops on them (maybe) caused from a leaking AIO. Also checking PCI slot if damaged or bent or dirty. Often a bad or dirty connection is the reason when something won't work as expected.

Genshin Impact settings are quite bad, at max rendering settings it caps at 720p, so medium is 480p and low 360p. That's why you feel the image is blurry on that 2K display Btw you should check Infinity Nikki for some fun and lols, pretty charming game and as UE 5 it runs surpisingly well with very few stutters (mostly loading stuff), graphics is nothing amazing but it has some care in details where it needs without looking bland. It's also on mobile and it runs way better than Genshin (though it's yet another UE5 if you were looking for a diverse engine benchmark on android)

So I was trying to update the amd adrenaline 24.9.1 software by uninstalling it and downloading the newer version 24.12.1. I couldn’t upgrade it because I am using an apu but then I reinstalled the amd adrenaline addition 24.9.1. After reinstalling i tried to play some games and it crashed a bunch of times, what do I do? You can get a poco pad or Xiaomi Redmi Pad Pro for sub 300 euros and they will run Genshin at liek 50fps on max settings, not to mention better display, Blackview tablets usually are loaded up with ram but the rest of specs is worse than the rest of the tablets in that price range and their sofware is aparently really bad.
