I made Plessie's Plunging Falls BACKWARDS in Super Mario 3D World!

Today we push the limits of Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury modding by making the level Plessie's Plunging Falls backwards! In the new Nintendo Switch version of Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury, Mario's start position and the goal flag are switched, we bring Plessie to the end of the level, and we try to ride Plessie back to the start of the course! There are a lot of funny Mario moments in this Super Mario 3D World modding video :D We add some creative solutions to try to make it possible to complete World 1-4, Plessie's Plunging Falls, backwards!
Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury on the Nintendo Switch is a really fun game with great gameplay, and editing the levels to make them backwards is an interesting twist :D

8:27, wow, I was actually unaware of the elevation change, that is peculiar. I did a challenge run of the first few worlds in this game without jumping, and this level was possible by just ramming perpendicularly into the wall (going at too much an angle/too slow from that doesn’t let you get through the walls). Considering that the wall is just higher ground, I’m really confused at why my method of getting past them even works! Overall fascinating video/challenge, I didn’t even know you could ride Plessie backwards!

It's incredible how you managed to actually make it possible to complete this backwards with Plessie! Even if the camera were better, this would most certainly be the most difficult Plessie course in the game, with all those jumps to go up the waterfalls. I didn't expect you to try this also without Plessie, but we made some interesting discoveries thanks to that!

Can’t imagine how hard switch scramble circus would be. You’d have to edit that level so much because the only way to progress through the level is the walls that only disappear When you hit the tiles. But if you’re going backwards, the tiles would have to be switched around. Can’t imagine how hard that would be.

That's going to be a tough one for sure! One easy workaround could be putting warp boxes that just let you skip forward! Another idea is making the last puzzle unlock the second last door, making the second last puzzle unlock the third last door, and so on 😂 It'll be fun for sure!

For the initial waterfall, why not stick Plessie at the top and use a Warp Box to warp Mario up there? Would skip the worst flight of stairs. Also have you tried using the Bowser's Fury Plessie in 3D World? I know it worked the other way around and I imagine you'd have more control with that one.
