I found this very helpful although the current version is slightly different in that it asks for device name, username and password. I kept getting device not found error 2504, but in the p2p tab of the network settings on my XVR it was offline. I restarted the XVR and it changed to online, then I found it fine :)

Hiya, I have a zxtech camera, however the screen I get on my BitVision app is fuzzy and it says ‘bright change!!’. Wonder if you could help
