Mine zygarde is really poor. Only lv 15 first form the stats are truly too cry for bearly 2 stars . Its really sad that niantic never gives good lv 25 Pokémon. Its just luck sometimes

Ye, i actually agree with you! If they are giving a Legendary or mythical, with not at least 3 stars ? I don't have luck with those ones, but the game is giving less and less to the players, for me the game is always the same now, no new nothing..
