EN: The taiwanese manufacturer of the MEGATON brand has been involved in manufacturing filter dust collecting system, portable dust collector, downdraft table, air filter, belt sander for almost 40 years. Besides solutions for professional partners and users they were able to design and patent a product for smaller workshops.
The smart construction is working as a dust separator in combination with a vacuum or fan in line. It separats most of the material and dust so that the filter of the vacuum will have to receive a minimum of the waste.
Mounted on a drum, cask (made of solid plastic or metal, not included) you will get a well working alternative to much more expensive and heavy dust collections. You might like to add some wheels to the drum to be flexible, especially if space is limited in your workshop.

DE: Der taiwanesische Traditionshersteller der Marke MEGATON blickt auf eine über 40 jährige Erfahrung im Bereich Absaugung zurück. Neben Lösungen für den professionellen Bereich konnte endlich auch eine patentierte Vorrichtung für die kleine Heimwerkstatt realisiert werden.
Die durchdachte Konstruktion arbeitet als Vorfilter vor der eigentlichen Absauganlage und scheidet einen Großteil des abzusaugenden Materials ab. Hierdurch kommt nur noch ein Bruchteil beim Filter der Absaugung an, die wesentlich seltener gereinigt werden muss.
Montiert auf einem Fass (Kunststoff oder Metall, nicht im Lieferumfang) ergibt sich, ggf. erweitert um eine Fahreinrichtung, eine taugliche Alternative zu wesentlich kostspieligeren Fertiglösungen.
