I wonder if a fully spec PX could run some retro games emulators at 30 fps.

Great review... I'm huge fan of lenovo computers, currently have Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon laptop for over a year. I'd love to get hands on one of those thinkstations. One day, one day...

Hello. Maybe You can help me to decide. Is P7 good for a music production? Means will be quiet if not 100% loaded? Dell precision t5820 is loud for me.
@rubenn7212 Жыл бұрын
You dont want a pc like this for music production, these are also not build to be quiet.

this is what i think of as a "pro workstation". Cables & their connectors suck. After a few years, they are suspect. This is great industrial design. Wish apple would take a play from this book.

Wdym? 8 years later none of cables or connectors on my computer are broken Which ones are you talking about
@mrrolandlawrence Жыл бұрын
@@8lec_R i used to work in the city of london looking after computers there. in a corporate workplace, computers get upgraded, serviced, repaired etc all time time. refitting connectors has potential for stripping insulation from cables especially if you previously cabled tied them together to tidy up the area & use sidecutters. then there is cables obstructing fans and airflows. cables have come along way since the mess of IDE cables, but its still a point of failure. for comparison look how easy it is to replace the PSU here. a simple latch & its done. when you have a business with 100s or 1000s of machines, the savings in uptime and less time in engineering adds up. Just look how long people like Linus LTT takes on a build to do the cabling for one machine.
