Why is there always four systems listed? Why not circulatory, respiratory, etc??

Hello. Great question! Those are the main 4 systems the scan focuses on because they tend to have the biggest impact on overall health & wellness. Respiratory and Cardiovascular are scanned and you will find those responses in the Detoxification System report. Lymphatic System response can be found in the Immune System report. So while they're not featured on the main systems report, the responses can still be found by selecting those categories.
