I have a Raven ZZ Plant that just had 2 new large and 2 tiny sprouts one day... It's amazing to come home every day and they've all noticeably gotten bigger. One is just about to open up, most of the full set of leaves have left its "cocoon"!

I have had these years a zamioculca that has had good development. For a period of time it has been exposed to a few hours of sunshine through a window, in a fairly hot place. When perceiving changes in the leaves (folds, color changes), we moved the plant to a cooler and shaded place. The point is that, although they continue to grow offspring, the rest of the stems have been dying, and the offspring when they develop, begin to develop leaves that end up yellowing until they get sick again. We have transplanted with new substrate at the recommended time, we respect the watering cycles, we fertilize as recommended ... We don't know what is wrong, but it keeps getting worse. What can we do about it to save it? At the moment we have removed several leaves that we are trying to propagate separately and then replant in the same pot. Help! Thank you!. Greetings.

A long long time after my zz plant died , spindly saplings grew from the soil in the same pot. They look more like bean sprouts than their parents. (If they don't die) , it still looks like it will takes years before the stem stiffens .

Alrighty, so nothing will grow from the cut stumps? I was just wondering myself how on earth it would grow from the stumps since it is so thick at the bottom and plants grow from the roots. Then I found your video! I'm a total beginner at live plants and had to cut down my ZZ to the stumps as well because mine got a bad case of root rot after a very short while. (Yes, I realize now that buying live plants online is a poor idea). But it looks like your ZZ grew at the other areas instead! Congrats and thanks! I hope mine gets new life too. 😢
