I had the honor of seeing ZZ twice. DAMN!!!! They were SO good! I hope Dusty is at peace now. He and Billy & Frank gave me much joy!! An amazing three man band from Texas!! S many great songs and videos!!!! Bravo men!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love their studio works but performances like this are painful to watch and listen to. They look and sound totally depleted, without any energy. Billy's playing is like you slow down the tape. He looks like he can fall apart any second. They should have stopped touring in the 90-ties.

I disagree. Yeah their performances aren't as good as they used to be, the vocals in some songs are definitely not what they used to be & there are bits where the playing is pretty sloppy. Some nights are better than others though & with some songs they sound better than others. If the band were having fun & the audience were having fun then they did the right thing by continuing for so long. Obviously they're not gonna be as energetic as they were in the 60s or 70s but these days you can check out how band's are getting on on KZbin & decide if you want to pay to see them, or not.

Most of their live stuff posted on KZbin is solid. They paid their dues by playing well for decades in the studio and on stage, but...yea, Billy slopped his way through this one for sure. Hitting dead strings, too loose with the slide and a complete guitar and vocal collapse starting at 6:05. Dusty and Frank were solid. RIP Dusty.
