Thank you. Juice can be preserved for 2 or 3 years naturally at room temperature without food chemicals if done correctly. pasteurization (also pasteurisation) is a process of food preservation in which packaged and unpacked foods (e.g., milk and fruit juices) are treated with mild heat, usually to less than 100 °C (212 °F), to eliminate pathogens and extend shelf life. Pasteurization either destroys or deactivates microorganisms and enzymes that contribute to food spoilage or the risk of disease, including vegetative bacteria, but most bacterial spores survive the process. Louis Pasteur's pasteurization experiment illustrates the fact that the spoilage of liquid was caused by particles in the air rather than the air itself. These experiments were important pieces of evidence supporting the idea of the germ theory of disease. 🏳‍🌈heating over or less than 100 °C (212 °F) is not pasteurization, the key is to avoid air into the liquid.🏳‍🌈

Hey, you should really academically credit Proffesor Eric Pallant and his Lecture "The Rise and Fall of Sour Dough: 6000 Years of History" that this entire video and basically all its concepts were lifted from. I mean it's free on line but you should not plagiarize and should provide sources for people who want to learn more.

To be fair hunter gatherers also have a long history of measurable slavery with relatively recent modern day examples such as indigenous Americans on the plains. Slavery is as old as someone who didn't want to collect the fire wood

Important thing to note: 1824-- 4 man race for the Presidency..Jackson vs. Adams vs. Crawford vs. Clay. Nobody gets a majority. The House decides between the top 3, but Clay came in 4th place. But, Clay runs the House as Speaker..and gets Adams elected President. Clay becomes Secretary of State (and Adams' heir apparent). Clay chooses Adams because they agree on most issues. 1828--2 man race. Jackson vs. Adams... Jackson came in 1st.

It's well known that women and men hunted together throughout prehistory. Spreading sexist misinformation to the contrary in this day and age is inexcusable.

Love content about the history and lore behind holidays. Both fact and more or less made up. It's all fun and fascinating. I also appreciate shedding light on the origins for our traditions and what the Christian faiths adopted to aid in converting people. Knowing where certain traditions come from is something I think many Americans are interested in.

There's a more sinister reason why there was olives from raw milk. I think it has during to do with the way they tasted the cows in urban areas. Basically they were sickly so.. Surprise surprise.. Their milk wasn't good. I guess everyone ever who had a dairy farm died from all the raw milk they drank.
