People need to chill tf out about boss runs. They can be tedious but they can also be an important part of level design. A lot of the fantastic short cuts in these games were designed with the boss run in mind. In many cases it adds to the idea of learning how to fight the level as well as the boss. Stakes of marika work in Elden ring because many of the bosses exist in a sprawling open world. They’re largely absent from most of the dungeon sections. I agree that sometimes they can be unnecessarily hard, but I don’t think they should be removed altogether. I think asking Sony/from to remove boss runs is a few steps away from asking for easy mode.

I know they confirmed the size of limgrave for the dlc but he never mentioned anything about below that area we might have a bigger area for the dlc than we think

By far my favorite Fromsoft game and I'm so bummed that nothing has happened with it. It doesn't run right on PS5 and if they could fix that, I would be fine. I hope we get a remake or sequel someday, but it's not looking good...

Bloodborne is the best game ever made. Story 15/10 Gameplay & Combat 15/10 Setting and Visuals 15/10 Music 20/10 Graphics for 2024 - 6/10 There isn't a more perfect game which encompasses all aspects. This game should be remade every 10 years with better graphics.

My theory is that Miquella's plan is to fuse with Messmer to become a god of the Shadow plane (the soul realm). In Alchemy and Hermeticism it's worth looking into the Alchemical Wedding. Miquella and Messmer are 2 sides of the same coin. Like Marika and Radagon. I believe Marika and Radagon were once separate and she ascended her qualities that made her the other half of Radagon. I believe they fused in the same principal of the Alchemical Wedding. I think each Empyrean has a plane they must belong on. There are 3 general planes of exiatence: the physical, the astral / mind, and the soul. I believe each Empyrean aligns wirh this; Malenia being the physical plane where she is a swordswoman who's main deal is decay, rot and rebirth. Ranni being the Astral / mind / psychic. And Miquella being of the soul. Based on this I believe the butterflies represent each Empyrean. Since we're on the Lands Between I believe we are on the Astral (Ranni's) plane. I think Miquella knew this and that's why he never chose to fight Ranni because he knew it was her plane to begin with. The Astral plane is the 2nd stage in the cycle: Physical > Astral > Soul, so it would make sense it would be the Lands Between. I think Ranni and Miquella (maybe Malenia too) all conspired in the Night of the black knives. My theory beforehand is that Marika made it impossible for the Empyreans to leave to their respective planes because she didn't want to lose any children and broke the cycle. I believe across the other planes there will be respective "other half" Empyreans for both Ranni and Malenia too. - I have a dew more ideas that seem to go with these theories and make sense. Between looking at Jungian Psychology, Hermeticism, Alcehmy, Tarot, Kyballah and the Rosicrucians, there is some real similarities.

The most annoying aspect of this game is this: The first week this game came out ALL I saw were KZbin videos with thumbnails reading something like "Yes, It's That Good," or "Amazing Soulslike." Everything was just glowing praise. So, I picked it up. Then, after about two weeks, the real reviews started coming out and it was all poor. It's obvious that some of these early access gamers and reviewers are being paid off or shoveling bullshit to retain their status to get more early access. It's just very strange that the first week this game was out, everything was glowingly positive, and now you never see that kind of reaction.

I have played Demons Souls, Dark Souls 1, 2, 3, but I haven't got to play blood borne! I want to play blood borne so badly, but I have a PC.

Regardless of all the new fancy attribute/weapons, I'm sure I'll just end up Lion's Clawing my way through it with the great sword.. lol..

I think the new levelling system will be something like Vendrick and the Giant souls. Technically our character won't get stronger but I believe we will reduce the resistance values of enemies.

I think the runbacks and even the blood vials made the bossfights such a heart racing experience, where you gave evereything in the trial. I loved the tention

I think if Bluepoint would really pay attention to the atmosphere and the story relevant descisions in the design and the music (keeping the music all together), but give this game a big graphics update and let this game shine big time with 60fps and some minor changes like the lamps or HAVING IT ON EVERY PLATTFORM NOT JUST PLAYTATION, it would be PERFECT! It might outsell Elden Ring. Bloodborne is just the best Game ever made!

I hope we can unlock the Eclipse in dlc to be able to fight Godwyn in his Bloodbornesque form and give him the True Death. I wonder what is Remembrance could unlock or what gear we can get after fighting him (lore wise I don't see how bosses/lords from the Shadow Realm could have remembrance that we could use ? Unless even tho it's locked from the Lands Between and if the Erdtree cam from SR it would make sense) i mean Godwyn is in Deep Roots but I can't wait for the whole thing it makes me wild in my head with many thoughts)

Didnt Miyazaki say that he doesnt play his own games in a seperate interview, was he maybe referring to his team when asked about the duration of the DLC, as it would make sense for devs to know the weaknesses of the characters they designed?

Sony showed they are not only dumb and controlling but also pathetic with the recent Helldivers 2 controversy. There aren't enough Bloodborne fans to force their hand on this though. Just to be clear, I played 8 hours of Bloodborne and didn't like the more frantic arcade-like gameplay, however I respect that fans would appreciate a PC port so they can mod it at least. A remake to the extent that this guy wants would be absolutely awful and be considered "kid mode" by Bloodborne fans, however. He's asking for the kind of sketchy gamebreaking micro-transactions that EA and Square Enix love shoving into already finished games.

The eclipse is to revive Godwyn, not give him a proper death.

Radahn is holding the stars in place to stop the meteor that fell after you defeat him. It was destined to fall on Sellia, so Radahn stopped the stars to halt destiny and save the city he grew up in. Not sure why it didn't end up hitting Sellia in game, but I like to think Radahn redirected it with his last ounce of strength before dying.

I'm pretty excited for this. I like the way you phrased certain things here. Everything I've seen is leading me to love the lore of what's going on here. I do think the duality is coming into clarity. I think the shadow realm and the golden realm are existing in the same space. I agree with the Marika stuff, I agree with all The other characters being oddly 2 parts is coming together.

I don't think Miquella sent Malenia to fight Radahn ...I think Miquella was already missing when Malenia walked all the way from Haligtree to above Mohg's Palace in that Caelid field where Radahn had his troops ..I think Rykard and the Marais might deviced their trickery to help Ranni with her plan leading Malenia where Radahn was ...the Marais are the only link between Malenia and the Carian Family

I think I’m on to something after watching this. The lands between is just 1/3 of the bigger picture. The lands between the shadow realm and…the realm of light? Or something to that effect. Two people can only be one in the lands between. One side of them comes from the land of shadow, the other side of them so to speak comes from the land of light we will say. The lands between is where they can merge into one. The lands of shadow version of yourself can only travel to the lands between and back, the lands of light version can only go from lands of light to lands between and back. If both versions of yourself come to the lands between and one version is eliminated, you can now travel to all versions of reality.

While this covers information being covered by others, it was fresh and offered new insight.
