Love this one!! One of my favorites!! Love love love how it is not only standing cardio, but also some core, arms, and glutes too! Love how its half standing cardio, and a mix of everything else!! Just perfect, then I don't feel like I am only working my legs!! My arms hurt after the push-ups today!! Keep more like theses coming please!! And thank you so much, for taking the time to make these workouts for us, and not just you!! ❤💯

I think doing each exercise for 30 to 50sec and then taking a 5minutes break is what recommended for sprinting

it went okay, but i can’t do push ups to save my life… could u put together a push up workout for beginners to become better at push ups? i’d also love more upper body focused workouts (preferably low impact, but it doesn’t rlly matter)
