Thank you for this week's sweatest workout! It was intense, but I would rather do no repeats then clusters when doing cardio.

I'm sweating so much rn!! I like no repeats more but i will say that this is nice to do sometimes, as circuits seem to be more challenging and i sweat more for some reason..! 🎉😂

Hello Cordy! I wanted to do a cardio this morning and saw this one! Just did it at 6am! Favorites were all the high intensity hopping and jumping moves! TOTAL SWEAT! 💦💦💦. This was an amazing super fun amd drenching workout! Thank you so much always Cordy! Have a fantastic day!
