How would you ever scale down from this the same thing happened to me except now I can’t workout as much. My Job chafed and idk how to make my body adapt to less than 3 workouts a day!?

When I cut back on, I notice my appetite decreases naturally. My body actually adapts for the better pretty quick (slight weight loss from decrease inflammation, less aches, etc) with breaks and it's more mental for me. I remind myself that the body doesn't need/want that volume naturally. I also focus on more "natural" movement like walks during times I might otherwise be doing a workout to help adjust. I challenge you, Kindal, to do this the other way around: hold the up position when it says down and go down when it says up. Much harder.

I also found that my lower back was getting sore when I got to swinging heavier bells (32 kg) using the straight arm technique. When I switched to slightly bent arms this disappeared.

Exactly this. I didn't know what I was doing wrong but as soon as I bent my arms a bit it took a lot of weight off of my lower back.

You missed one. I do weighted full burpees. Go down, plank, push up, squat to jump with weights. You can use a weighted belt or bar bells. But it has to be a full burpee with he addition of weight. Do not exclude the jump.
