This workout reminds me at a partner workout you did with Alex long timer ago: 15 min AMRAP: starting with 1 deadlift & 3 burpees, then add 1 deadlift each round. So 2 dealift and 3 burpees, 3 deadlift and 3 burpees, ... . On a good day I achieve 14 rounds done in 15 minutes but it was harsh and puffing.
