The arguments about groundwater pollution are a bit puzzling and totally incorrect given the Uranium and other metals (mainly copper) is already there - as a mineral deposit, in the rocks, which presumably groundwater travels through anyway and has done for millions of years So any pollution, as in contamination by metals would have been going on since the formation of the deposit.- several hundred millions of years. the blogs on that You Tube thing show quite clearly that the majority out there know fuck-all. Another thing these dont understand, or probably dont even know, is that Uranium has been mined in this northern Arizona region for probably the last 70 or 80 years, maybe longer. right on the edge of the Canyon near the village was a headframe which was constructed to transport personnel and equipment in and out of the Orphan Uranium Mine The crap about the massive clean up of radioactive material - I dont believe it. The stuff was mined, hauled up the shaft, collected in trucks and transported well away from the GC Park for processing. Also, they dont acknowledge that this U deposit was outrcopping on the surface of the canyon wall, shedding into the canyons below and probably into the Colorado River. No issue at all. The Grandview Mine further to the east was similar - a uranium / copper deposit. The early settlers built a big hotel complex right above that mining area.

You guys know first hand that there is a problem at the border. Kamala is a mess, most likely drunk for most of her speeches and not effective. We are in a dumpsterfire of issues around the world. Trump will fix most of this quickly, and hopefully with RFK Jr being placed in the right position he can help remove agencies that aren't effective and some that have become malicious to us Citizens and return our government to the hands of the people and out of corporate power. As well as get us healthy again. Honestly with Trump's business acumen and Bobbys knowledge of our government and its darkest corners, it could be the best 4 year run ever. And we could all use some stability and sanity in our government for a bit.
