Where do you get the fuel injector return cables from?

Hi, do I need to bleed the injectors fuel lines after returned it back for starting the engine?

What order are the injectors in from the front of where the radiator as front does 1,2,3,4 from the front or it’s from the back? Thanks as they not numbered…cheers

How did you clean all the holes if you used a cutter what size

Use new bolts as they are stretch bolts..big risk for snapping them off at that NM. i did not use new on one i changed, did not snap . lucky i guess

That model is ok mine has difficulty starting when the tank is less that 50% full black smoke occasionaly and loss of power?

Thanks for the video. With the Stage 2 tuning, doesn't it have the "swirl flap delete" option? Does this just leave them in the open position and not require physical removal? Wondering if the effort is worthwhile to physically remove them.

Trying to do this on my diesel bmw and the 3rd injector was so built up with carbon I can’t get the copper washer out and I’ve tried everything

I have micro-leaks around 1, 3 and 4. Do I do it myself or let mercedes handle it? I need 150 in tools that I don't have. Mercedes wants 580 for all four (plus eventualities) and it comes with 2 year guarantee. Their last 11 years of work has been top notch. They will also have pieces (eventualities) that I will not have if needed. I don't worry about unnecessary work. Its not their style. My love of mechanics says do it myself but the ease and security says that Mercedes is best route. Its a 4.9 star garage. 2023 is the year of revision of all worn parts.

the "bracket" on the needle has a tiny bevel only on one side. the beveled edge goes away from the spring. you put it backwards. Just an FYI for next time.

if you do this then you will never have injector problems? clogging causes the coil to get hot and get shorted, right?

So before refitting manifold you don't need to use blanking plugs. You just fit the manifold back again?

Hello ive a audi a6 2.7 diesel front wheel drive , europen version . Someone gifted me and i did all the filters and oil change , it has a check engine for air intake manifold + in computer there are some code for injector 2 3 5 , in highway for 130km it consume 8.6 lit , ive test it . But in the city for 20 km it consume 10 lit . Is this normal ? Does it has to do with intake manifold ? Many services here in albania told me dont do something to injectors becouse im gonna have more problems . What do you recommend me to do ?
