Bro sniper the deadeye is NOT UNDERRATED. The amount of bosses (mainly ht/it) he absolutely destroys alongside cyberpunk. For example, he is a crucial part of both Yulala and Uril (both ht and it). Most of their strategies involve sniper the deadeye alongside cyberpunk. Sorry for the rant.

Maybe people don't like him due to how his multiple but inconsistent debuffs can affect your team, just like with Emperor Cat, Lovestruck Demon Cat and Chronos the Bride. They likely preffer units with consistent debuffs due to them being easier to control and predict, and 30% for atleast one out of four different debuffs kinda leaves you in the hands of rng as you will not always get what you need
