Peace Family!! Thank you all for sharing y’all health routine. I love it. And you all are killing them workouts. Y’all giving me hope to start working out. That’s a great idea to have a raw day, I think I’m going to incorporate this with my family. Thanks!😍😍 We do intermittent fasting also, and we love it. And I love that the babies eating it, it is so healthy for them too. My babies love fruits too. Again, I’m happy for you all. Great vlog as usual, you probably may need to start a business with how discipline you are with healthy and natural food. I am sure you can get clients, there's a lot of people who may like to change to healthy eating but not know where or how to start.

A child's name is a major life decision, no need to pressure them to have a South African name for the child. When you say "please make sure", you're no longer suggesting you're instructing. Names and children are incredibly personal.

No need to put that much pressure on them. Their child isn't South African and will have an American passport. Naming a child is very important and personal so there's no need for a South African name.
