You should try China mall, bigger than Dragon City, like a mall and just around the corner from Dragon city, not so squashed as Dragon City, they basically sell the same stuff, also have ATMs and take cards.

Dragon City is mostly for retailers, try China City, a few blocks from Dragon City. They have more stores for non-bulk buyers.
