The speed of the talking and video made it hard to track. I think it could have been a great video at double the length.

For a bonus make an energy harvester that can fill up power banks. Perhaps base another of the manual wheel winder concept with magnets/harvesters on the edges.

I can't get this to work :( I wonder if my board is the issue? Also can I connect the dout/din to 5v? the Datasheet says the pins can take upt o 6v, but it doesn't say if they output 3.3v or 5v? I also wonder if arduino reads 3.3v as high

That fast speed is nice. It would be great if it had some steak down points on it and a wireless trigger so I stand 1000 feet down string of it and do winch style launch to 500 feet on a low wind day. Similar to how sailplane clubs do.

Hello, my friends and I are considering creating something similar for an engineering project and would love to get in contact with you regarding your inspirations to create the project, as well as potentially drafting ideas as we go through our design process if you are willing :)

I leave my printer on all the time, but I'd like to power a usb fan only during printing so as to not waste power. Do you know if there's a simple way to do this that doesn't involve breaking out intermediate boards? The USB-b port on the prusa is a device port and not a host port unfortunately.

It's pronouned FriDGE A Dare. Like refrigerator, or fridge. Frig-i-daire. PS, you can simply just buy the plastic air deflectors intended for central air wall vents. They are in the same shape as your design.

This is really an ingenious design for drilling, and congrats on commercializing it. I wonder if you can get the outside diameter of links down to half an inch?

I like the video! My problem is not a portable air conditioner, but a window air conditioner! A squirrel chewed through one of the side panels and came in through the hole. My brother took the air conditioner out of the window, but I have no idea what to do next! This is the closest solution that I've found. Any ideas would be great. It's already been back looking through the window, so I know that trying to outwait it is not going to work.

I love this video and am trying to start learning AutoDesk Fusion 360 too but don't have a 3D printer yet. I just liked it, subscribed to your channel, and look forward to watching your current and future videos! Thanks for putting them online to help us learn cool tech! Curious - Do you have a design that will also keep rain out but won't get clogged with dust, pollen, dirt, leaves or grass from nearby lawn mowing or weed wacking, yet will keep out ants, bees, hornets, wasps, flies, and mosquitos from entering the portable air conditioner vent hose, that may attach to either the inside or outside of a 5.1" or 5.9" hose universal horizontal/vertical window/door vent? I've used wire and fabric meshes in the past but couldn't seem to secure them without them getting detached in the rain or wind or looking bad if I secured it with tape.

An exterior wire or fabric mesh vent-overhanging-attachment that could deflect wind and rain downward while keeping out dust, pollen, dirt, leaves or grass from nearby lawn mowing or weed wacking, yet keep out ants, bees, hornets, wasps, flies, and mosquitos and easily attach magnetically to the outside of the vent would be ideal.

So 3 years later - USB Power Delivery is a lot more common than it was back then. Do you think a ZY12PDN + USB-C PD pack would do the trick here? My Shark vacuum's canister fills up so fast that I'm tempted to see if I can feed power to its head and connect to my shopvac...

If you use 7.68MHz and according to datasheet SCLK period -> min 4 τCLKIN, your SPI speed should be below 2MHz.
