I'm sceptical of this type of stuff, more or less a "natural" approach to numbing out from life. Quicker & easier to pour a drink or light a joint.

This type of breathing reminds me of when I use to get major panic attacks. My hands & feet would tingle & my lips would 😮begin to go purple. I guess I’m still willing to try this. BUT…the second things start to go numb & change colors on my body cuz of lack of oxygen to my brain…obviously I gotta stop😬

Combining this with Jungian 'Individuation' work should prove very effective. Add Gainsfeld goggles, and pink noise like the gainsfeld experiments... One would likely be well one the Road to being an inner-stellar space traveler. Just Check out Dr Hollis' books especially "Under Saturns Shadow"... let the Shadow Work, and Jungian Active Imagination begin!

That is exactly what I JUST commented! It 100% reminds me of when I use to get major panic attacks. If anyone here knows a better or beginners tutorial video that shows how to do this, please give me the link. I’d appreciate it so much. Don’t really want to reenact a panic attack, lol…not fun!

I want to learn this but this type of breathing makes my limbs go numb cuz I’m not getting enough oxygen to the brain. So I technically agree it feels like I’m forcing myself to hyperventilate. I’m assuming I’m doing it wrong, but I need an easier tutorial for a beginner. Do you know any other vids that may help? Links??

I want to try it because i always held ny emotion to the point that i can't cry when I'm supposed to cry. But today, my favorite character is die, i know it silly. Like, why did i cry over something small like that? Someone who's not even alive from the start? But for me, they're the loveliest people I've seen, and to this day, they always accompany my lonely ass when others avoiding me. I'll edit this later when I'm finished watching the video <4

Made it through the 10 minutes with the least amount of distractions in my mind in my history of trying to mediate. It didn’t even feel like 10 minutes. I’m so determined to adopt the practice of daily meditation to better myself and my life so thank you thank you!

Tinglyness from hyperventilating is a result of reducing co2 in blood enough that the nerves arent conducting properly.
