I needed this so much today. I am becoming sick, I can feel it in my throat, thoughts, and habits. This helped me stop the rush.

Thank you for this practice. I am recovering from a mild case of Covid, and need to recover my core strength. This slow practice is a blessing, not only to my body, but to my mind and my spirit.

Yoga Journal, thank you for sharing this flow. Rina, this is a lovely practice. Even after a decade of practicing yoga, I still find great value in slowing down the transitions and holding the postures. Your instruction through each pose helped me to focus my mind and experience the pose with a different level of awareness. This looks so nice, I've been looking for a routine that is slow because I love to take my time and enjoy the poses instead of changing a lot and too fast. Thank you!

Thank you so much. I'm recovering from a shoulder and a foot injury, and need to go slow and create a space where I can be still and access my heart ❤

I actually did this while recovering from a sickness, and by the end of it, my headache had disappeared 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

It may be a nice practice but definitely too physically (and mentally) demanding for a recovery after sickness. For me and my stiff tired body recovering from the flu it surely lacked some gentle circular movement. I'm not sure what the outcome is supposed to be but I quit after 20 minutes because it was too tiring.
