Very good video you made, I like your creativity and music. Am looking into buying a MS-1 now. All I have now are ROMplers. #HHNET

Beautiful...and very entertaining. Music...IS a language unto itself.... Inspiring.dense and evocative. Thanks for the education. Being a total novice to the intricacies of producing music...this was a much appreciated lesson. Wishing you continued success at your musical endeavors.

This is incredible! How did you animate the music video??

Awesome recreations, but remember that the Da Funk lead was either 1) resampled to create the formant shift as the line moves down, or 2) applied some kind of envelope to the keyboard such that the filter envelope decay would reduce the lower you move down the keyboard. Not sure which one they employed (and I don’t own an MS-20 so I’m uncertain if it had that capability) but it’s crucial to the final sound.

Why did you run them in mono? Kinda useless for me to compare how they would sound in stereo.

I honestly think that the Beatles would have had massive hits if they had ever recorded new waves songs. They already used the piano 8n several songs and the keyboards are the next step up.

Dude are you using all analog? I mean the synths and drums are all analog, or there’s some software or virtual involved 👍🏻

Sounds like a square wave, not a saw. Still got my Poly Mk1, my first poly synth. So worth the bread! (even though when i bought it it's $750 in today's money!). Great demos and playing!!! Great vids.

The intro music is much better than this ‘copy of a copy’ thing, a little disappointed that’s they way you went with it. The intro music was 100% better ✊

Grazie!

I don't understand the "chord memory" trick. When I press the hold button on my Juno and make a chord, it holds continuously and doesn't fade like your example... Also, your display is not showing any patch number, how is it possible you can hear a sound without a patch number in the display?...
