I was surfing through the Solomon Islands in the early 90’s and we met Eroni. He showed us the letter JFK had sent him after the war signed by JFK with the US Presidential seal. He told us the entire story via an interpreter. JFK had that coconut husk with the message on his desk in the White House. Amazing survival story.

Se visibiliza la vulnerabilidad en grupos específicos más expuestos al riesgo, mujeres, niños, adultos mayores, etc. Enfoque AVEO (Activos, vulnerabilidad, estructura de oportunidades) Nuevo concepto del enfoque, referido a el acceso a oportunidades que posee el individuo (responsabilidad tanto pública como privada). Enfoque de vulnerabilidad-> se explica desde lo micro, meso y macro.

@@dana102083JFK wanted to bring Eroni to the White House but the Solomons Governmentrefused to send him and they sent their own delegate instead. JFK was not impressed and refused to see the Government representative.

What a lovely man. The word he's saying "terat" which directly translates to fart, is used as a funny, joking way to say fearfull, but it's always said in a sweet way. I wish I could explain it better.

This was the best travel show ever made. It is a travesty that they could not get funding to make more than three seasons. Scott, Andre, and Justin have inspired and influenced my travels more than any of the KZbinrs who are popular today and are making more money than they deserve with less effort or documentary skill than these guys off relocating to a country and sitting on their butts making clickbait these days. Pretty admirable for a few Brantford boys! I miss you all.
