Benefitial effect duration from reforges / Legendary attributes for sprint and the aoe hammer. For cleave there are two ways as cleave is no benefitial effect. Skill cooldown attribute on sets and eternal attribute from terror rift items. There you can get a cleave cd reduction for every primary attack. But u need it on min 2-3 items to make it work to 100% uptime.

For pve definitly yes, for pvp you have to try. Check out my latest pvp video for low res builds. All info in this video is still uptodate.

Skill CD is very important for the cleave. You see already that it has mostly 2s CD which is annoying ^^. With eternal gear it gets better but having skill CD is a good thing. For pure open world you can switch sunder skill and oncoming brutality offhand with sundered legacy and skill wrath. Then you are even more efficient in ow and got your wrath back ;)

Leider nein, cleave und auch der neuer hammer sind keine benefitial effects und werden nicht dadurch verlängert. Nur Skill CD hilft.

PvE 6pc banq and 2pc Vithus is unchallenged ^^ 4pc baron 2pc Banq and 2pc vithus is nice too but you are lacking a bit crit chance (if you have roiling and lament high it works) and baron doesent affect bosses bc u can't deal a loss of control to them. So for raids try to get as much benefitial effect and cd reduction so that you dont need vithus at all and then go for 4pc banq and 4pc grace ;) highest dmg for bosses I would say. But needs some preparation.

There are always exceptions :) but i wanted to give a base insight as some seems lost sometimes. Thanks Mate!

Hmhm i agree, its getting tougher with more mages. Im hoping for the situation where they cancel themselfs out. High reso barbs should anyway play terror helmet ^^ and hunt those CC suckers xD

No Mate, im Just trying to give some ideas :) there are so many different combos of secondaries and Resonance and so many different builds. Im sure you are playing the way that works best for you :)

Heartless Terror helmet for complete immunity, pumping resistance to reduce duration of CC on you, Eternal Sprint affix that grants immunity to knockbacks and chills, leap pants kars defiance with knockback immunity during shield, reforge attributes with immunity chance to knockback or stun or fear. Stuff like that :)

Same goes for me, but to have 4k+ secondaries with reso at 3k you need to be active for 1y+ or you are a smart buyer ;) ... Well we know that wings are tempting and smartness is not with everyone.

That is true!! Just wanted to show that CC builds can work with any lower reso Combination. The higher your secondaries the more u will impact the game :)

For PvE? Yes :) you can choose between whirl, new freeze or oustlak build for pve. All three producing similar results. If you focused on skill dmg and a chilled build - whirl. If you want to be at max speed - oustlak. And If you want the enemies to be stunned bc you take a lot of damage - freeze. Check my Videos "one for all" and "winter is coming" for those builds :)

Firestom chains peaks in my setup to 6M, this freeze build to 5M DPS. Both get to a solid 3M DPM. So currently i play freeze the freeze in PVE BC it makes nrly no different and i want some variety ;)

There is none for both directly. Slinger pve, brawler/Gladiator PvP. Only brawler would be good for both because increased size would make u faster in pve and the tree itself is very good for pvp.

For pvp semi, but pve nicely :)

Thats awesome :) for pve u can go sundered legacy wrath too. The burn will activate pain clasp too.

In Terror rifts and hellbounties you can get legendaries with eternal affixes. The sprint attributes on one item gives you 25% immunity to all knockbacks chill and slow while sprint is active. You can Stack it 4 Times, so having the Attribute on 4 legendaries. This results in 100% immunity to knockbacks ;)
