I use this build i love it and i like how you build and structure your videos a lot. What i dont get is why my rolling surf have 5 sec gap :S i use 4x vithu's for the 30 % beneficial effect and i have couple x 4.5 beneficial magic attributes and at least 4 reforged x 2.5 % beneficial and still i dont have the 100 % uptime.. i dont even have 100 % uptime if i go without vortex and with the chest essence that gives me another 13 % cd on rolling surf from being awakened .. even then i have 3 sec gap and it feels so bad because of this :( In this video you have 100 % uptime and it looks insanely good :) I dont have pebble gem and i wont use one ,i go with Echoing, Spiteful , Gloom , Seeping , Starfire, Bottled, Blood-soaked and mothers lament for all around content. Maybe if i have beneficial magic attribute on absolutely all gear plus on all reforges and also cooldown on neck , gloves and both rings ... maybe then i will get the 100 % uptime , but thats insane to get.

Apologies. I’m old and my hearing isn’t great. What are the gems recommended here? I caught Viper and couldn’t make out the other three. Also, relatively new to the game. How do you have 4 weapons? Or are you just swapping them in for certain things?

You get them when you level Up. At paragon 100 or something. Im not a gem pro for tempest but in generell pick vipers, pain clasp, Fang, Lament, Berserkers, Torment, Jade, roiling, gloomcask. Those are always valid for every class and build :)

Only problem is rolling surf always going to have 5 seconds CD that you don't dealing dmg during that time and 5 sec is alot

With benefitial effect on legendaries and pebbles you can get it down a bit more. But its no problem. Main dmg dealer is vortex and windblades. Just keep walking in that time and hit here and there ;)

Yes and No. The old build is still very good. But you could go with a crazy combo. Wrath (roar of Persuasion, thunder), cleave (new main, DMG shoulder), chained (chest, pants), demo (terror helmet, lion offhand). With that build you dont have to move ^^ just stand in the middle and spam skills. Funny ^^

Yes, for the OW there is a switch of primary and one skill. I'm mentioning it in the early ow chapter. Or did I make a mistake? ^^

The lag is a killer. Have the same issue sometimes. I go with all settings to low when I want to rank. Same for Battleground. Helps a lot.
