Fresh guacamole is best enjoyed soon after making it. As the avocado sits, it will begin to brown. The lime juice in our recipe helps a little, but it will eventually brown. To stop guacamole from turning brown, press a sheet of plastic wrap or parchment paper down onto the guacamole, making sure that there’s no space of air between them. Then, store this way in the fridge for a day or two.

Nice recipe one thing that I do is between the initial baking and the sauce I wrap them in aluminum foil with honey butter and braze it that. It takes it to a whole new level.

I'm making this right now!!! I am not a cook, and I live by myself. I wanted to try cooking for once instead of eating Safeway fried chicken. My friend at work sold me her Instapot that she used once. I gotta admit, I was pretty intimidated by all the "high tech" but she kept encouraging me to do it.
