Does she try to krilll herself to stay alive? That bit is a little foggy to me. The meaning and purpose of such a great risk.

Anybody, dealing with a loss......parent.....friends....go through this. THIS is a little extreme but......the empathy is there. She needed a therapist....when it gets extreme. This is a brief movie.....but I do get it on a basic level. Sort of.....

I've had plenty of losses of loved ones & can't compare them to this story. Love my brother, but would not want to spend eternity with him like this. Anyway, did she die at the end only to wake up joined with her brother forever? & the mother should have gotten her daughter into psych care in one way or another. This was not normal grief.

Good handling of a complex emotional trauma. The use of the natural shore and ocean helped ground what is very personal and unique to every person's grief. The lead actor has a Christina Ricci vibe that boosts the surreal setting of this short.

I just lost my mom in October, this film was so deep and relatable because when grieving I have experienced all these emotions she felt, angry, hurt, numb , coming to terms etc…

Her control of the human emotion cycles are so damned excellent! Outstanding........ A 20 minute movie with everything, good work Every human experiences grief in one form or another, if not, then you're inhuman One cannot 'measure' grief, it is not a quantifiable emotion, it is what it is, a situational human emotion

The grief associated with the loss of a loved one, can be agonising at its worst , but sometimes it can make you feel almost numb to life around you. There's no set time to grieve, & don't let anyone tell you differently. The acting was intense & I could certainly relate to this.

I lost my Dad in 2010 to suicide. My best friend of 35 years in 2023 to suicide. Its very surreal and not something that is common in my social circles. Grief is extremely difficult. But i want to get better. Relating to others peoples pain helps.

Hollywood needs to infuse new talent such as this young actress in its movies instead of recycling names that have been around for ages. She is a very good actress which is not always the case in movies and shows.

Katie. Just saw windblown and home-bound. I must say they both were great but you mizzy. Outstanding! Great work more so on home-bound. Your grimace reminded me of a movie a while back. The Scent of Green Papaya. It is a story about a Vietnamese peasant girl name mui and her struggles in life. Your facial expressions reminded me you of her work. My goodness Katie. Keep up the great work and I'll be watching you!

I'm pretty sure that we'll see each other again, after we die. NOT because of some religious ideology. Consider the FACT that energy can be neither created nor destroyed. It exists. It can only be transformed. The energy that gives life to our physical selves will continue to exist in one form or another. Hopefully we become something, or someone, better. Life is like a box of chocolates... 😊✌️❤
