for those who complain about cleanliness, etc.. probably thousands of people have been eating at this place from everywhere (because asians will travel just to eat somewhere) for decades and no one has fallen sick, coz if they did, thats the end of your business. also, wearing gloves isn't a guaranteed sign of cleanliness.

In this part of this video, even though this is MALAYSIA, you are watching Chinese people buying different things, but once a customer wants something, there order is made immediately, as is the Chinese way, and I am the same way, because people in general don't want to wait, and if they do, they won't come back, but it doesn't surprise me at all, as the ASIAN PEOPLE are very busy to,doing different errands, and they usually shop very early in the morning, after the sun comes up and you would be surprised when these stores open up.

Although I haven't seen this video yet, some people don't know what DIM SUM means, it's a warmed Chinese appetizer, or snack, and usually served with Chinese people walking around the restaurant in carts, usually I like it in the morning with tea and some hot soup, but I like congee,or thickened rice or with minced pork and chopped cooked Duck eggs, with scallions and Chinese parsley, and I can eat this anytime of the day, and usually they are all 1st class, as the Chinese people take great pride in their individual cuisine, as other cultures do, and I do have my own favorite places to go to,sometimes if you walk around, you can see places that are not in the main stream, like the back alleyway, funny but very true, not expensive and easily convenient, just like going to CHINATOWN in Manhattan, under the Brooklyn bridge you can see for yourself that CHINATOWN does exist, where you least expect it. But to produce 50 different types is actually very impressive, takes a lot of knowledge and know all. BUT the way they are offering it, is typically Chinese style. In Honolulu Hawaii, the CHINATOWN is very small, like in many different parts of the United States, even in SAN FRANCISCO, CHICAGO, LOS ANGELES, FLORIDA, to name a few, in GEORGIA, it doesn't exist, like in ATLANTA, none in the deep SOUTHERN STATES, not even in Texas.

In my final comment on this video, the major reason that they can put out so many different things in such a short amount of time is the PREP WORK,meaning all the cutting that's required for each dish, a lot of people really don't understand why when they go to a Chinese restaurant/take-out, once they place their order, before they can BLINK,there order is ready, 95% of the time required is spent on the prep work, the remainder 2%,is spent pudding the dish together, but a lot of people think that to make very good Chinese food is hard, they are wrong, as long as you understand the basic rules, how to make whatever your heart desires, whether it be FRENCH, GERMAN, ITALIAN, RUSSIAN, ASIAN, PACIFIC ISLANDER,AFRICAN, REGIONAL AMERICAN,it doesn't matter, keep in mind the prep time, cost factors, amount to prepare for, things of this nature, you can make the most ELEGANT MEAL, at Home, for a fraction of the normal RETAIL COST,going to a restaurant, people nowadays are very cost conscious, especially if you have a family, with inflation going out the Roof.Keeping costs to a minimal is key, as people in general have to think about the other costs, like your mortgage, utilities, many other things, Home and auto insurance, things of this nature. It all adds up.

In this video it's a indoor/outdoor Chinese food buffet, and I am very skeptical about some of these Chinese buffets, because some are very good, very good variety and some are very cheap, especially when it comes to the cold seafood like oysters, clams, mussels, shrimp, and I shy away from the salad station, there desserts are OK, and when it comes to the hot food, I stay away from the starches, as I am looking for value, usually these places target people who know nothing about Chinese food, but I do, and I usually look for freshness, the colors and the variety of authentic Chinese vegetables, because I know where and what to look for, and probably the 1st thing I look for is the price, as I don't like foods displayed on the street, usually indoors, but the Chinese people are very picky when it comes to a situation like this ,but one thing that I have noticed is the jump in prices, as they know what the consumer is looking for. But this buffet looks very reasonable, even looking at there HOT TOFU DISH,and I also look at the types of sauces they make, plus the garnish.

Beautiful wedding. Amazing organization and planning. Watching from the US and Indian origin. Foods looks yummy. Anyone notice all servers wearing gloves however all cooks and kitchen members with bare hands handling food. This is because the best blending and mixing happens with bare hands.
