Installed one of these several years ago. Several of the bars stopped lighting up soon after installation. Total hours indicated much higher than actual use. No way to reset total hours when new batteries are installed. Percent of charge and battery voltage are all I can use it for, but that gives me an idea of battery health.

in the video you show this as prewired and plug and play. I purchased this with the link you provided it came with nothing but a gauge and some cheap but connectors and no diagram or instructions. reached out to the seller questioned the fact that it was not plug and play like advertised got no help other then a partial refund very disappointed plug and play means plug and play.

I have this same blower. Well actually I'm on my second one. The first one started leaking fuel from the carburetor less than 2 months from purchase. Called Home Depot and they were great. Told me to bring it back and they would exchange it. So now I'm on my second Ryobi Jet Fan blower. And it started leaking just like the first one, but it took the second one about 8 months before it started leaking. Both blowers started and ran fine, they just leaked. So I called Ryobi and they told me to take it to an authorized Ryobi repair shop which was just over 30 miles from where I live. They said it was a fuel problem. So I just got it back and will see how it goes. I also have a new Ryobi string trimmer that uses the same fuel as the blower and I've had no problems with it. I've used Ryobi blowers and string trimmers for over 25 years and they have always worked great and lasted for years. But this may very well be my last Ryobi product. I still have my old Ryobi blower which I'll probably try to fix and keep as a backup so I'll have one when the Jet Fan blower messes up again.

Father in Law bought one of these for his buisness. My wife tried it out and liked it so much she bought the black version for her biz. It has worked so well that she is buying another one for summer use and putting up the backpacks for leaf season.

@@tikitorturedmf I just did this and it only gave me a 1/4" increase (the height of the additional leaf). The sag when under weight is much better, saved 1" give or take when I sat and measured (220lbs). Big tip, only disassemble one side at a time. I did both and the entire axle/motor/etc got out of alignment and it became much harder to get everything back aligned.

Just bought this from Home Depot. Saved $25 taking out a Home Depot credit card so I paid $109 plus tax. Haven't used it yet but I like Ryobi products. Seems like a nice solid blower. Didn't have a shoulder strap in the box but did have a bottle of 2 cycle oil for ethanol gas.
