You're using a password list, is there a way to brute force the file or something if the password it's not on the list?

So, there are ways to brute force the password if it's not in the list. The issue you'll run into is if the password is very complex it could take a very long time and be very resource intensive to crack. For example, if you used ShinyPurpleTomatos! one website states: Max Time to Crack: 1.466031646563875e+24 years 8 months 14 days 8 hours 40 minutes 4 seconds @ 100,000 guesses per second. Using the same password BitWarden states: 54 years. I have no idea how accurate these estimations are, but this is why you see dictionary attacks used more often in real world scenarios vs just a straight brute force attack. The reality of it is the average person is going to use the default passwords already imprinted on their devices set by the factory which plenty of lists exist for that or they'll use a commonly themed password.

lol nice 👍🏼 squid helps, its vulnerable though so I’d shut it down everytime you’re done with it. Mac is similar to how Linux works when it comes to shell code.

Wouldn’t mind seeing the setup of pisugar 3 on windows . For example to see and adjust the battery settings , it says to run a script on the pi to be able to see the battery settings in a browser. It’s not very detailed on exactly how to do it. I can’t figure it out

Your best bet would be to go to the linked subreddit in the video comment and the creator has their discord listed on the right. You'll probably find more knowledgeable people there.

Here's what fixed the internet sharing for me on windows 11: #1: Ran all the scripts, got no errors but i had to toggle on mobile hotspot on my laptop. #2: Ran all the scripts, got errors, then went to Network and Internet settings > advanced network settings > chose my current internet connection adapter( wi-fi , in my case) > More adapter options > Edit > Sharing > Checked Allow other network users to connect though this computer's internet connection > OK. hope it helps.

Hello, I ran into a issue where I am able to ssh into the pi but when I try to move the files I get this error "/root/handshakes/: No such file or directory". I can see the device listed as USB ethernet/RNDIS Gadget in device manager but when I go to file explorer I do not see the root:\ drive mounted. I reinstalled the driver but no change. Any ideas?

Great tutorial! Most of it worked after many issues getting the waveshare v4 running, afterwards issues with a bug on the patched iso on the SD (worked on mac using the raspberry pi imager)... now some plugins won't install (hashie, quickdic)... :( any ideas?

I found another video where a guy uses the newest Waveshare display HAT+ on a Pwnagotchi build with a Waveshare UPS/Battery. I'm going to give it a try with a Bjorn and report back. Might take a while to ship. The video is called "Waveshare 2.13inch E-Paper HAT+ and UPS for Pwnagotchi Build" by Ray J.

when i run "pwnagotchi plugins list" it says maybe try "sudo pwnagotchi update plugins" so when i try to run that command it runs through all the plugins to update but on everyone of them it says error and moves on. i haven't found any solutions in the comments or online.

Usually when this happens on my end the RNDIS gadget set its IP address back to Automatic DHCP and needs reconfigured. You also need to make sure you're using the data port and a data supported transfer cable.

Yeah it's going to connect to the network you specified in the settings. In the WebUI I believe you have the ability to switch to other networks you're allowed to access.

Pi Zero 2 W is 64 bit...this is 1 sticking point I fond many had issues in the Pwnogatchi ... most documentation, original was built using the Pi Zero, not the 2... the first Pi Zero is 32 bit... simillar with projects where initially a Pi 4 or below was used but now with Pi 5 people are facing difficulties...Pi 5 is 64... 4 below is 32 bit
