My life up to age 60 yrs. suffered acid reflux heartburn. What makes only diagnose less acid in the stomach. Now what so ever reason early morning fresh lemon water is my starter. Avoiding acid foods is nonsense you are asking to avoid acid food but in the middle of this video you are requesting to take acid vinegar to digest food quickly and correctly. How senseless you done this video wasted your time and misleading the public. ?

I will summarize the tips, thanks for the program. + Avoid highly acidic foods like tomatoes, citrus fruits, and carbonated drinks. + Take zinc supplements to heal and protect digestive lining. + Cut back on refined carbs and processed foods. + Boost Vitamin B1 intake to improve digestion efficiency. + Use raw apple cider vinegar to balance stomach pH. + Limit caffeine by reducing coffee or switching to decaf. + Incorporate glutamine-rich foods like chicken, fish, and spinach. + Test for H. pylori if symptoms persist. + Supplement magnesium to enhance muscle function in the digestive tract. + Support gut health with probiotics and prebiotics.

I've been told that Asian Catfish is not-at-all related to North American Catfish. They are commonly grown in Southeast Asia and are fed high dosages of antibiotics to treat farmed deceases. Bon Appetite. It is frequently found in Asian Markets and I can taste the antibiotics in Popular Buffets stateside. Once you've tasted it, you'll recognize the flavor next time it is eaten.

This video was a real eye-opener! I had no idea bread and breakfast cereals could be so harmful to heart health due to hidden sugars and amylopectin A. The explanation about insulin resistance and the role of triglycerides in plaque buildup was so informative. I also appreciate the tips on better alternatives like using extra virgin olive oil for salads instead of low-fat dressings. Definitely reevaluating my daily diet after this!

If supplementing with Vitamin D then it's important to also take Vitamin K2 (menaquinone) to ensure calcium is directed to bones and teeth and not to arteries and organs where it could build up & cause calcification

It would be nice to know the RDA for each vitamin and its food quantity equivalent. Such as a banana a day covers your potassium requirements, etc.

I am a 67 year old power lifter and fitness trainer I have been eating oats for over 50 years. I don't drink no protein powder I make homemade shake I use 3 tablespoons souk oats and honey and dates banana, and blueberries with buttermilk and various nuts. Last week I cycle 70 kilometers for four hours and I work out 4 times a week for two hours in the gym. I don't eat refine sugar and trans fat and I'm stronger than an 18 year boy in the gym. I eat oats in moderation and I'm healthy. People eat too much sugar and trans fat and junk food and many children are fat.
