Just an fyi, for the queens promo at the Venetian you had to be holding pocket QQ’s and make quads. You can’t just have one of them in your hand.
@captainmarvel4426Күн бұрын
The queen quads at Venetian u must hold pocket queens to qualify. I was there few weeks ago n I had queen ace. Flop was qqq but I was told i must have two q

I think you made a mistake on the A/8 , on the 10/2/J/Q/K board. I really think you could have got more chips from him. So, You got the Nuts, I’d assume opponent is holding an A/ or flush at best. I think if you did a high raise of like $200 I’m sure he would have called ,I don’t think he would put you on nut flush. I think he would think both of u guys have the A/ and that you guys would chop it.

Hey man, I wouldn’t go back to that place that seemed like a fucking set up. Some of those hands were just straight bullshit and after some of the stories I hear about out there in Texas about places having house players and dealers that are mechanics and then after watching this, it’s making me questionthat whole Texas scene I mean some of those hands were just ridiculous. How would you make those calls how would you play those hands? It’s just ridiculous. I feel like you got cheated man.

why would you check raise with the A 2 suited hand when you have a draw to the nuts. don't you want as many people in the pot when you do hit it?
@Fugged19985 күн бұрын
Ace deuce suited my favorite hand won a flopped 3 way flush where all stacks were 95 percent effective of 400. 1/2 game..I checked the nuts then shoved to a big raise looking so weak lol.😂

I agreed with everyone’s comments posted here. You need to only play lowest stake and start practicing fundamentals. If you decide to get into a pot, the best strategy is to play strong with raising pre and in position. Aggression wins!!!
@nickg4086 күн бұрын
Cold 4!ing in position sizes depend on stack depth. If you are 150bb or smaller you should be going 2x. If you’re deeper, say 200bb, you’ll want to go to 2.5x. When your OOP you increase that by 1. The reason is, when you 4! and get called you want to have your effective SPR around 2 going into the flop. So in your example when you have AKs, a 4! To $50 gets you to about 1.5SPR on the flop if you get one caller. 3-4x is for a 3! and is also dependent on stack sizes.

Keep up the good work, you got stuff to work on but is great that you are posting. Be more aggressive, should never see a limped flop with AXs. Pick up equity? Bet if other players check.

AKs, 20:46 sizeable ($45) turn C-bet would've forced donkey cards down. Nothing worse than sticky low stakes players, they're too weak to fold third or bottom pair.

You seem puzzled by jacks betting on that queen high flop..but why not? After all you checked it to him so his jacks is most likely the best hand he should be betting there to deny your equity so you wont river a free over card like king or ace.

These videos always make me laugh. No offense but it's just hilarious hearing all these yokel expressions and stuff. Golly gee. Especially combined with the bad play of both you and the other players it is truly a perfect encapsulation of 1-2 nl that I haven't seen other vlogs replicating.

_...always make me laugh..._ now that you said it publicly, that must make you feel full of yourself. Nothing like when you make a fun of somebody and you expose them so everyone can see how great superior human you are. _No offense but..._ yeah, step on somebody's toe, stick a finger in their eyes, and then use the phrase: no offense. Say it publicly and walk away full of your ego knowing that you just put somebody down easily and quickly. Now, that's a superman!

10:35 I'd bet $85, 100%+ pot size. B/c OOP, and if I miss river, then what?? Damn if I bet, damn of I check, damn if I check call, damn if I check/fold??? Too many damns. If you're trying to rep higher pair here, then how much would you bet turn with JJ/QQ/KK? $30 is a small bet. Then, when missed river, in no way he'll fold (his 99) to a shove!

AA, 4:57 Turn bet was too large. No weaker hand would've called, no stronger (4,5/sets) would've folded. Too much even for a flush drawing hand. Instead, milk him. $75 bet would've been denying equity to a middle pair, or 2 overcards (AQ/AJ/QJ).
@pot_kivach160Ай бұрын
there are no worst 2 hands in poker than AA/KK. Absolutely disastrous hands. When you win you win small, when you ,lose, you lose huge. On the long run: they're losers. So, to prevent huge loses, I always limp and easily muck them on flop if they do not improve.

KJ is rarely a call from blinds. Either raise/fold. With missed the flop, it plays horrible post flop. Plus, raising pf cleans the field of garbage marginals, like Q3o!!
@pot_kivach160Ай бұрын
I like your screen layout. Easy to see at any time (during the hand) the pot size, bet size, the position of the players involved (HJ, CO, SB, BB. etc). Unlike some other Vloggers out there...telling: player at the end of table, the player to my right, the first player call...etc, hard to follow the hand progress.
@pot_kivach160Ай бұрын
AJo, 4:15 this hand was to C-bet the flop (AT8r). Or, x/r. You could not known if he was betting with a weaker A, or an open ender. Once you checked flop and called his raise, that might made him believe that his pair of A would've been best hand. Also, Thus, you might've folded a winning hand. (??). However, flop c-bet or x/r would've eliminate such option. Im not much proponent of x/r with a top pair against multiway pot. (that might made me run into a rockwall too often) and force a weaker hand to get out.
