I'd bet small - 30 or 35 - on the AQo flop. You can probably get one fold, then you can polarize more on the blankish turn.

Action is crazy, for sure. And it’s all over Texas. Different style of game than in Vegas.

The only thing I hate about being in Houston is all the bigger Holdem games have Omaha. No idea why the only pure Holdem games available is 1/2 max 300 buy in. Wish they would make the 1/2 game match the stack. They treat it like a game for beginners.

I see you playing at TCH Houston a lot, do you have any thoughts on the other rooms in Houston? I'm probably going to be visiting for a weekend coming up (UH has back to back basketball and football games one weekend in November, perfect reason to visit for an alum!) and would like to play some cards (1-2 or 1-3, nothing too hefty), just looking for ideas on where to go if I don't go to TCH.

I generally either play at TCH Houston or 101 Poker Club in Katy. Both are great choices. Have heard good things about Champions Club, but haven’t been.
