2016 amendment is harsh as it curtails the mortgagors Constitutional right to property and when he offers full amount with compensation to auction purchaser, he would be allowed to redeem. Now if auction fails and fresh notice issued, then right of redemption is over on earlier notice or consecutively on subsequent sale notices. Further when sale is completed on registration it is against equity to curtail the mortgagors right of redemption Enjoyed your well researched analysis
