Alleged victim, not victim. This language need to be changed as use of this terminology prejudice accused. Complainant, informant was correct terminology but usee ofcwird victim effect fair trial. What if acquitted, what status, victim or something else. The law instead of balancing treating accused like convict Earlier, discharge was right, now application required, what is this
