Gems of laws are been spoken here by the great luminaries of our law system. Today it seems normal, but tomorrow all these sessions will be a guiding light and reference point for all the new lawyers, possibly a gift from these legends of law to the new generation. Sheshu Sir, please keep this initiative going and live as lawyers like me across the country owe a ton to you and greatly gain very vital knowledge and insights from all these sessions. Thank you very much sir from the bottom of my heart.

Why the police statement is not relied upon. They are incapable of acting in such a way to elicit any faith. They still have a colonial mind set.

I am an engineer and management graduate and law gives the structure and a business process stability is my view. Somehow our educators have not given due importance to teaching of law which should be made mandatory in all post graduate courses in India. The CPC we have only heard of the term and not even a basic input is provided. I think it is time that your forum makes major changes in our education content for non law post graduates. As engineers we cannot design engineering structures unless we understand our own accountability in the eyes of law or an understanding of the basic principles of legal process in Sec 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act. In any case I would like to benefit from these videos and thanking all of you for the great efforts taken in advance.

His lordship is Guru for all judicial officers interested in criminal law and he does know nuances in criminal law very well. I am a former judge and no judge/justice is comparable with His lordship as far as criminal law is concerned.

Excellent as usual. Regarding zero FIR, the new provision is silent as to sending the same to the jurisdictional police. Does it mean that the police who registered the FIR can investigate? If so where will the final report be filed? This ambiguity is also there.

The senior advocate with great respect suffers from senile dementia because of his age. If he wants to reform police through revamping of three major acts, I'm afraid he is putting wrong keys in the lock. Major Acts have least business with policing. Police regulations etc. rule that field. If he wants to make Indian policing as trustworthy as in developed countries, he should consider putting bodycams besides structural changes in policing. Must have heard about Prakash Singhs PILs on such changes and seen what they have yielded in decades.

RESPECTED ADVOCATES, PROPERTY IS GRBBED BY POLITICAL GOONDAS, WILL IT NOT COME UNDER CRIMINAL, POLICE ALWAYS SAY IF BLOOD SHREDDED ONLY COME UNDER CRIMINAL
Comparing indian police with london and America police is not wise since illiteracy is more in India the indian police system is being influenced by Rich and political leaders Majority of people will not believe in present police system as majority are listen to rich due to on are. Other hence giving more powers like judicial authorities will deliver advers effects on society
