Thank you for the recipe! I can’t wait to try the spaghetti squash the way you seasoned it. By the way my household always has/used Lowery!😂 i’m also from LA and I’ve always wondered if that was more of an LA thing because of the steakhouse back in the day! Not sure if it’s still there, but it was in Beverly Hills ( the original) and it was considered one of the most fanciest places. My family couldn’t afford it so we just bought the salt.😂😂 I believe their commercials would say something that you could have this fancy steakhouse at home and that’s why the salt became super popular.. 😂

Baba Runoko Rashidi was from Los Angeles, wish you all could have met him before he transitioned, he put in an enormous effort if you look into his work. And oh no, my man over there reppin' these black folks claiming they're Indians? Sheesh lol. He's got that nose like Bridget Biddy Mason that says otherwise. lol. Props to the California AA museum. Peace

We have cultured a style of music, dress, ect. in America, that has influenced the globe but Afrika's the origin. Organizations started in America: 1780 AFRICAN Union Society, 1787 Free AFRICAN Society, out of that came the AFRICAN Methodist Episcopal Church, 1775 Prince Hall's AFRICAN Lodge, Henry Highland Garnett's AFRICAN Civilization Society, 1937 Max Yergan and Paul Robeson's Council on AFRICAN Affairs with the "Spotlight on AFRICA" newspaper. I could go on and on but notice these ancestors acknowledged who we were with just that one word.

👼JUNE 24, 2024👼 “HOLD MY HAND--AND TRUST. So long as you are conscious of My Presence with you, all is well. It is virtually impossible to stumble while walking in the Light with Me. I designed you to enjoy Me above all else. You find the deepest fulfillment of your heart in Me alone. Fearful, anxious thoughts melt away in the Light of My Presence. When you turn away from Me, you are vulnerable to the darkness that is always at work in the world. Don't be surprised by how easily you sin when you forget to cling to My hand. In the world, dependency is seen as immaturity. But in My kingdom, dependence on Me is a prime measure of maturity.” (JESUS CALLING)

Love the end bit about Black culture! American culture? It is absolutely Black culture! "American music"? Same! Side note: I am Mexican-American. When I was growing up we always called the tacos you're eating "American style". Now I know where it really comes from (other than the Mexi part). Makes more sense now (because it actually tastes delicious, unlike most other Euro influenced dishes). Thanks for your work on these videos!
