If you think about it, this life is a blink of an eye compared to the eternity we'll see in Heaven. Did you know Jesus, the Son of God, died to forgive our sins? If you believe in Him, you will not die, but have everlasting life in Heaven! Believe in Jesus, repent, and live forever in eternal happiness! If you'd like to learn more about Jesus and getting into Heaven, check out the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John of the Holy Bible. Each book is an eyewitness account of the miracles He performed, His sacrifice, and His promise to you!

During COVID when we all had to stay home because Donald Trump released it I had to stay home or be arrested by his Nazi thugs. This was my thing - SNES. I don't have a modern system because the old woman who takes care of me can't afford it because she only make $150 a week, also because of Trump who wants her to wither and die. My parents both died in 2021 (also my mom was raped by Trump in 1941)

I'm glad I'm not the only one who abused the Jump materia to cheese most of the game 😅 Did anyone get to the optional Minerva boss? I got burnt out on the missions before getting to her
@DancarnateАй бұрын
I got to her and gave her a decent amount of tries but I would have had to level up so much and I was pretty burned out on the game by that point. Thanks for checking out the vid!
@ABenAbidesАй бұрын
@Dancarnate Yeah, just getting to her seemed to require a lot of grinding to deal with the increasingly overpowered enemies on those harder missions 😅Thanks for making the vid 😊 I'll take any excuse to revisit the world of this game haha

Man, I have already written a comment. But I still want to thank you, really. It's been 1+ years since my comment, but I still can't stop listening to this amazing video. I personally think the music of the nes will NEVER be rivaled.

Glad you like it so much! I frequently listen to it myself. The limitations of the NES hardware really made the composers create some good earworms I will agree.

For the Cyberdemon, it's approx 400 punches, assuming from full health (give or take due to random damage). You can punch the Cyberdemon while it's fighting the Mancubus, and it (probably) won't turn around to splatter you. Just watch out for splash damage (when the Cyber blasts a Mancubus up close). Or when the Cyber kill it's target and targets you again. Or catching stray Mancubus fireballs... You can also punch the Cyberdemon when it's focused on you, and it tends to not fire back at any Mancubus that attack it (this helps the Mancubus get in more damage before getting annihilated).

While I would love to make that vid, it has been about 4 years since I did RA purposefully at this point so it is pretty hard to remember them all. Some that do stand out though were the speedrunning ones for Doom, DKC's, and the escape of Super Metroid. I liked those ones specifically because I didn't like to research anything outside of the game when I played them, I would figure it out on my own, was way more fun that way. Castlevania 3 had a really cool one with throwing the Dagger to kill the cyclops with lightning, I didn't know that was a thing till I did that achievement. I also really liked the pacifist level one on Professional difficult in Super Ghouls n Ghosts, was fun to route out and didn't take long to get. Thanks for checking out the video!

@Dancarnate4 ай бұрын
Thanks for checking it out! So the song remix is available for Patrons on Patreon now but when I get enough for a 2nd Final Fantasy album, I will post that at that time. That will be available on Spotify, KZbin and Bandcamp, but I currently only have 4 tracks done for that at the moment so it probably won't be out for another 6 reviews or so as I do one remix per game.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Crisis Core: Reunion. It was great to get more backstory on Zack and especially to see how different his personality is from Cloud's. Regarding the DMW, I essentially ignored it and assumed it would take care of itself. I never played the original release, but as I understand it you had to pay more attention to it then. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us!

Today I did the achievement for Snow Bros. on the NES that requires you to kill the first boss without using snowballs, just using your regular fire. The boss usually takes ~10 snowballs but with regular shots it takes almost 1500. The author of that achievement and the similar ones for the other 4 bosses must be a sadist.

I really really hope they eventually remaster some version of this. War of the Lions had so much going for it, but its low resolution and especially its awful performance remain an issue - a Tactics Ogre: Reborn style remaster would be the absolute dream - hell, all I'd really want to see added would be a speed up option. Love this game, it has my personal favourite story in all of FF (the man might not think of himself as a writer, but Matsuno generally wrote the best stories Squeenix ever published in my mind), the gameplay is exactly my jam and the presentation - especially in War of the Lions - couldn't be more up my alley.
