DSP is a muppet, but what he is saying is still the TRUTH when it comes to Elden Ring. I just played it at a friends house on his high end PC with a brand new controller and the very first boss had me saying "wtf, I pressed circle" multiple times, without the character moving. I have an average reaction time of 180ms and I also beat Bloodborne on NG3 without much hassle, so there is no way that I am too slow. Bloodborne was pretty smooth and responsive, but Elden Ring literally ignores the dodge roll for almost half a second. REALLY noticable. The bosses movement patterns are so easy and predictable to me and yet I get hit. Thats shtty game design.

I feel the coral piloted ACs woukd be angry but Ayre/Raven could communicate to them and tell them to stand down, given coral works much like technology, and Racen could be the peace bringer and in a way be like the main character from Avatar. Also whose to say the Coral souls even know how to properly pilot an AC. I know Ayre pilots one along with the Ibis series but this ie coral thats laid dormant for decades, Ayre atleast got some preparation in the Arena and the Ibis series has been sitting in the same mech since the fires. How is see it is the coral ACs would pose a threat but Ayre would tell them to stand down and that 621 would helo them, all while being a voice for the Coral and keeping it and Rubicon safe

Avoid it. It's just a really AWFUL Elden Ring (with DS2/3 moments) wannabe copy/clone, that fails in every possible way. Played it for 40h, trying to find some good parts, but nothing. It's just plain bad game. Clunky combat (DS1 style) with horrible s+hitboxes, plus input lag. Atrocious lock-on. Horrible and weak offensive spells that not worth at all to go Magick. Paladin style build it's just a meme (not a single heal spell worth. Way too less healing for way too much mana waste). Annoying "Mimic loots" that is way too (4 in a single zone) much for no reason. Resistances, both Physical/Magick, are not working at all. Armor with 100 PR, it's just same with one with 300. Hidden enemies that pushing (+ambushing) you off edges are too many. Some of the best Greatswords+shields, requires...Agility (DEX) instead of Strength. Too much Balms for no reason as well. IE: Balm to add Fire dmg, another for Ignite dmg, another for Burn dmg. Why? Just give a single FIRE dmg balm, like every other games doing. I can name another 100 lame things,but i won't. And even if bought it at extremely low price of $20, i wish i could go back in time and stop meself from buying it. Never again any game from Hexworks and CiG. And i wonder why they're gonna release Part 2 as well... TL;DR: LOTF just ripped off everything from FromSoftware games, and this is the result. A hot garbage.

Why are these guys having a mental breakdown over a game they obviously can’t play, let’s face it they probably tried the game and failed through lack of patience. For Gods sake, if you don’t like it or can’t play it, find a game you do like and play that, let the rest of us just play and enjoy it. Just move on for goodness sake! ER is my first souls like, probably can’t beat it but I’m enjoying it anyway.

Honestly I think the dlc has problems, but difficulty just isn't one of them when the scadutree fragments and spirit summons exist. I mean I was able to beat it, and I'm not that great at this game.

You don't have to master the parry mechanic. All you have to do is memorize all of the bosses moves. Has nothing to do with skill, and everything with how good your memory is.

why are you acting oblivious to imput delay? it feels like a solid 1 second before the character moves with EVERY button press. bro, it's always been there since Demons Souls. Artificial difficulty to the max. I've beaten all of the souls-likes, and it's even in Sekiro. Lies of P is an excellent example of perfect button timings for IRL reaction time and not needing to memorize.
