Oh gosh, this video has made me realise I'm so not ready to say goodbye to this summer. I suppose that's because it was such a wonderful one, though - not least thanks to this tour. I was lucky enough to see it twice in Liverpool and once in Dublin, and each time it was such a special experience. Seeing Taylor Swift in Anfield of all places - beyond my wildest dreams.

I couldn't really believe how well it that spot worked out, I'd heard people say go to the front of the diamond but omg... The boots actually worked out alright! I wear them most days so they're very comfy and they're mexican-made so ;) high qual from the ogs. But to be fair I'm also well trained in standing from all the killers shows - my friend Emily's body was indeed aching a lot the next week.

ohhhhh WCS!!! Man it was so much fun to go, I'm still crying every time I re-watch my own video. Clean is one of my all time favourites so I couldn't believe it when it made it into the mash up. And yeah Travis and Gracie what!! Unbelievable how many shows she's done on this tour and STILL manages to make each one feel so special. Ahhhhhhh :) :) :)

Man, I love the Killers, and I have only been to one show in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. My birthday was August 24th. I wish I'd planned better and maybe I could've caught the show as a birthday treat. I'm sad I'm not able to attend our "era's tour," especially because Hot Fuss is my favorite Killers album (well maybe it's Day & Age idk), and I just miss the Western US so much. There is no place like the Nevada, Texas, Arizona, California, New Mexico etc. I feel at home in the desert. I hope you enjoyed the show, and I hope you had a great time in Nevada. P.S. I'd killll for that Hot Fuss jumper and the race car shirt with the dates! Beautiful! 🩵

haha no worries my friends all ask me the same! Not at all, because they mix up the set lists so much (like this time they had three different set lists entirely and then also dropped in a lot of surprises among those) but also because Brandon is such a compelling frontman! I really like the opportunity to hang out with my killers friends, too, and I looooved seeing Travis support every night. So no, not bored yet :)

If you would ever be up for it, I would love to hear your tips for gigs particularly for standing - I have never bought standing tickets for a big stadium gig as the idea of knowing when to queue, what to bring, how it all works seems kind of overwhelming, but you seem to have it down to a fine art!

Queuing for barrier seems like a totally different world I’ve never fully understood. Do you wait in line early in the day then you come back later? Is your spot saved somehow? I am clueless 😅 Lovely vlog! I love the ambient sounds, felt very calm and was great to tag along with you ☺️

Each fandom has slightly different systems, confusingly! U2 has a check-in system where the queue starts days before…sort of! But then you can go away as long as you check in again. For the killers, we just do it that you get a number on your hand when you join the queue and you’re mostly in the queue for the day but can go get a coffee, food, and also pop back to change and leave your stuff. But it’s very much an honour system

recipe idea: pan fried or roasted veg similar to what you've done. i like something green and something root and something with flavor (so like broccoli tops or brussel sprouts and sweet potato and garlic or onion) topped with a quick pickled red onion (easy online recipes, I skip any added sugar because the pickling salt releases enough natural sugar from the onion) and one or two fried eggs with runny yolk and garnished with coriander. can meal prep the root veg and red onion. then fry egg and chop coriander garnish fresh as you make each meal. somewhat less portable than what you've made (eggs may spoil at r/t), but the sauce from the egg yolks, vinegar (from red onions), and oil from the roasted/pan fried veg is quite tasty.

oh yes yum! I always have pickled red onions on hand and love adding an egg to the meal so this is a great recipe idea thank you. Probably more likely to have at home in the morning before heading out, but that works for me :)

Ah so thrilled he did the barrier walk! I was lucky enough to see their battleborn tour a few times & am still not over the fact he held my hand whilst high giving others. I was staring at our hands entwined trying to take it all in, much to the amusement of my sister 😂 it was indeed a special tour but this tour is also looking super special.
